OUR LAYAWAY PLAN
We now have a plan for those of you who cannot pay all the fees at one time. You may select a puppy and pay a required $250 deposit that is non-refundable and make weekly payments that we both agree on with a minimum payment of $50.00 a week. The layaway plan is for a maximun of 16 weeks.
You may select a puppy up to 8 weeks old and have it on layaway until it’s 12 weeks old. At the age of 12 weeks, there will be a $25 charge for each week until it’s paid for up to 16 weeks of age.
If you decide you don’t want the puppy, you forfeit the deposit and we will refund 50% of the payments you’ve made unless you use Paypal. In that case, we will also hold out 4.8% of your refund to cover costs to us from Paypal.
We understand that things happen beyond our control sometimes. If you have paid your deposit and some payments and you are unable to finish paying at the required time, we will let you pick another puppy from another litter of the same quality and price. Of course, if you choose a puppy that is higher in price, you will have to pay the difference. We will give you 12 months from the time of your deposit and if you haven’t completed the agreement by then, you will forfeit the deposit and all payments made.
We have to adhere to these rules because we might lose sales due to holding your puppy, and as they age they are much harder to market.
